사명선언문(Mission Statement) 조이센터는 장애인들로 하여금 하나님이 목적하신 인간의 존엄성과 행복을 누리게 하기 위하여 장애인들의 삶의 질을 높이는 것과 장애인을 바라보는 사회가 건강한 시각과 태도를 갖도록 하는 것을 사명으로 한다. The Joy Center strives for dignity and happiness of the disabled by enhancing the quality of life and building a healthy view and attitude of the society towards the disabled. 사역목적 (Goals) 조이센터의 궁극적 목적은 장애인이 편견과 차별이 없는 사회에서 살아갈 수 있도록 모든 사회구성원들을 사회적, 교육적, 영적으로 성장시키는데 있다.
